Accessibility statement
We want klayno.com to be usable by everyone, whatever the device or assistive technology. This page says where we stand today, honestly, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Last updated
1. Target and status
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. As of the date above, klayno.com is partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, based on our own internal review. No independent audit has been carried out yet, and some points listed below are still open.
2. What is in place
- Semantic landmarks on every page (header, navigation, main, footer), a skip-to-content link, and one H1 per page.
- Everything can be reached and operated with the keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratio; information is never carried by color alone.
- Animations are short, never loop except the source marquee, and are disabled when your system asks for reduced motion.
- No autoplay video, no cookie wall, no content that flashes.
- The product illustrations are built in HTML and hidden from assistive technology; the text next to them says what they show.
- The page works on a 320 px wide screen without horizontal scrolling, and text can be zoomed to 200 %.
- System fonts only, so text renders with your own operating system's settings.
3. Known limitations
- The product mockups are decorative and carry no data for screen readers; the surrounding text is the alternative.
- Some third-party pages we link to (sign-up, booking, payment providers) have their own accessibility level, which we do not control.
- The mega-menus are keyboard operable but have not been tested with every screen reader combination.
- The Klayno app at app.klayno.com is not covered by this statement.
4. Tell us
If you cannot access something on this site, email support@klayno.com with the page address and what went wrong. We answer within five business days and we fix accessibility bugs with the same priority as any other bug.
