Why we built the tools ourselves
An AI employee is only as good as what it can see. If your pipeline lives in one tool, your calls in another and your contracts in a third, it works blind.
So we built the tools first. A pipeline, forms, booking pages, e-signature, docs, tasks and finance that feel like the ones your team already uses. Then we gave the AI access to all of them, with autonomy levels and a log of every action.
Klayno is a US company and works remote-first. Data of European customers is stored on AWS servers in Europe.

Small team, short cycles. We ship to production every week and talk to users every day. Decisions are written down so anyone can read why a thing is the way it is.
We keep the safety model boring on purpose. Every AI action is logged. Nothing reaches a customer without approval unless you turned that on yourself.
