About Klayno

Founders and their sales teams run their pipeline, calls, forms, bookings, contracts, docs and finance in one workspace, with an AI employee that works in all of them under their approval. We are a small, remote-first team, and we run the company on our own product.
About the role
Ship product end to end on a React + TypeScript front end and a Postgres/Supabase back end (RLS, edge functions, realtime).
What you'll do
- Own a module (pipeline, forms, agreements) from schema to UI.
- Keep the app fast: React Query, virtualised lists.
- Write migrations and RLS policies you can defend.
- Review with taste.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years, deep TypeScript.
- Real Postgres experience.
- An eye for UI details.
- Autonomy in a small team.
Bonus
- Supabase or Firebase at scale.
- Capacitor.
